Playlist Friday: Britney Spears - Womanizer

I love Britney, love her songs and videos but not so much her drama. I love her songs because some of her songs are awesome for dancing to and you know how much I love to dance (even if I am not the greatest :P). Womanizer was one of the songs that was always playing on the radio when CLK first visited me. It was like Britney haunted us every time we were in the car. It wasn't a big deal because it was so catchy.



Was kinda awkward when CLK tried singing it..haha. Honestly I love her sexy videos :D don't you? :D

Funny cats

Happy new year! :D Since this is my first post (I missed January 1st!) I want to share with you some funny clip of cats - I read an article on how to make your pet famous haha. I used to have a cat that loves to sit by the sink and drink water from the faucet. Unfortunately she was catnapped (I believe because she always comes home) and I really miss her. I am sure somebody is keeping her captive somewhere!! But this video reminds me of her and I never took videos of her drinking from the sink. Guess this teach you never to take things for granted.

Project 365: #135 Would you rather..

These are suppose to be ketupat. The rice is supposedly wrapped in woven palm leave pouch and boiled but since this is the 21st century, things gets to be less complicated (and making the leave pouch takes skills man) they invented ketupat in a pastic casing. Tadah. Problem solved and easy to cook. Although the art of ketupat making is diminishing. 

Ketupat or packed rice is a type of dumpling from Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines (where it is known by the name pusô in Cebuano, bugnóy in Hiligaynon, patupat in Kapampangan, or ta’mu in Tausug), and Singapore. (wikipedia)

Hello there. :D It has been a while so I am sorry. I have some issues with my evil twin, and I tell ya evil twin is a pain in the tushies. :) So I stumble upon this video on YouTube and I was hooked. I think it is funny and I am sorry if it offends anyone. I am just sharing.

Literally, catch its tail. Not a real tiger tho...that would probably be the end of somebody. A tiger that looks like this... :D Cute isn't she? I caught its tail and it swatted my hand away.

Project 365: #28 Random loves

Ok I can only choose between cat pictures of food pictures...but since I have posted a ton of food pictures, cat pictures it is! And to avoid people from getting hungry while reading this!! XD

I can't pick just one pictures, so I post a bunch of pictures XD. My favorite is the one with my cat trying to pull the stray out ...looks like she wants a sip!

Project 365: #4 Somethin' somethin'

You are probably wondering why I posted this picture of a sheet of newspaper. Well it is actually my cat, Sphinx. :D I call her Sphinxy, why? Because she was born with a small head and big butt. :P She have a rather small head and a big body which reminds me of the Sphinx. You can't see her because she is "hiding" under the paper. Funny story, she was playing with it then the wind blew the paper away. She ran trying to chase it, instead the paper covered her up. The wind actually blew the paper a few times and again she tried to hide under it. Too funny XD I wish I had that on video.

My camera still doesn't work. Which sucks since I take pictures like a gazillion times a day =___=''. My phone will have to do. *sigh*

Movie Date: RED (Retired Extremely Dangerous)

It's been awhile since I have done movie posts. It's not that I have not watch any movies, it is actually the opposite, and I get kinda lazy writing about movies that was out 2 years or so ago :P. But I will try to do more...I guess no one really read this, but it is for my own pleasure and update :P.

On Sundays I usually make my way to the Sunday market with my mom. Ever since CLK told me about the movie RED, I wanted to watch it and I knew it came out last month. I checked one of the local cinema and they don't show it anymore so I turn to my friend for some help. :) We usually go to watch movies on Wednesday because it is cheaper than any other day, second cheapest would have to be Tuesday (ladies night - where ladies get to watch movies for MYR6). And Wednesday it is only MYR5!! (That is about $1.62USD) Cool eh??

So my movie buddy said there were 2 shows showing RED, one on 245pm and the other is 745pm and I was like LETS WATCH!! :D I have seen the trailer and it was pretty interesting and funny and I was hoping the movie is somewhat good and entertaining. And it was!!





It wasn't the best movie I have seen this year (I still think Inception was the best movie I have seen this year) but it was fun, it was hilarious, entertaining and funny, with action. :D Who doesn't love it??! I did :D. Bruce Willis would have to be one of those actors that I love to watch and I think is handsome (even tho he is old but still I think he's hot :P). He's one of those men that age gracefully :). One of the funny thing in the movie was when Frank Moses (Bruce Willis) spoke in 'Chinese'. My friend is Chinese and he laughed. When I asked him what did he say, he said, "It doesn't mean anything, that doesn't even make sense." LOL. Was funny, they could've at least said pigs can fly or something XD.

From imdb.com, there are a few goofs from the movies, that I didn't know!! I should've read that first before watching the movie, now I gotta watch it again!! XD One of the goofs are:

• Revealing mistakes: When Frank gets up at 6am and walks downstairs to take his pills, his watch says 6.05am, but the kitchen clock on the wall behind him says 7.05am.
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): What Frank actually says in Russian is "I'd be hurt by you" instead of the intended "You'd do me a favor".

There are a whole lot more, if you want to read it. I like the movie, it is hilarious :). My kinda movie, not too tense and crazy. I was watching the trailer for Unstoppable (with Chris Pine) and I soooo want to watch that now! I told my friend ... Wednesday!!!

First time I step foot here after the renovation, it's ok nothing special :P

Yahoo! critics gave this movie a B-, but I tell you it was worth the MYR8 we spent and 2 hours watching it. :D I like it, and I can watch it again!!

He regularly tears up his Social Security checks so as to have an excuse for re-engaging his ongoing conversation with Sarah (Parker), a tart-tongued customer service staffer located in Kansas City. Then, one night, as Frank's neighborhood slumbers, a cadre of silhouettes march slowly across his snowy street, their automatic weapons spewing gunfire against a backdrop of yards populated by brightly lit plastic Santas and snowmen. After the movies we went to McDonald's because I wanted to eat the limited time offer on spicy chicken mcDeluxe black pepper burger. I am crazy about peppers, black or white and I gotta try this one out!!!

A fiery combo, but not so "fiery" the original ones are a lot fiery in my opinion.

Blogs

Recently I stumble upon this hilarious, funny, crazy, YouTube guru on YouTube of course, msfililocalola and she is hilarious!! Did I say that already? XD And I found out she has a blog too! Fun. Now I read blogs and I even blog! - amazing since I use to think it is a waste of time altho I don't think so anymore. Wish I earn a lot from blogging that would be SWEET! but I don't unfortunately :P. I do envy the beauty blogger out there. So talented and amazing in their own way. :)

One of her post I love is school 1959 v 2009. Awesome! I'll just copy and paste it from here.

SCHOOL --1959 vs. 2009

Scenario 1:
Jack goes quail hunting before school and then pulls into the school parking lot with his shotgun in his truck's gun rack.
1959 - Vice Principal comes over, looks at Jack's shotgun, goes to his car and gets his shotgun to show Jack..
2009 - School goes into lock down, FBI called, Jack hauled off to jail and
never sees his truck or gun again. Counselors called in for traumatized
students and teachers.

Scenario 2:
Johnny and Mark get into a fist fight after school.
1959 - Crowd gathers. Mark wins. Johnny and Mark shake hands and end up buddies.
2009 - Police called and SWAT team arrives -- they arrest both Johnny and Mark. They are both charged with assault and both expelled even
though Johnny started it.

Scenario 3:
Jeffrey will not be still in class, he disrupts other students.
1959 - Jeffrey sent to the Principal's office and given a good paddling by
the Principal. He then returns to class, sits still and does not disrupt
class again.
2009 - Jeffrey is given huge doses of Ritalin He becomes a zombie. He is
then tested for ADD.. The school gets extra money from the state because Jeffrey has a disability.

Scenario 4:
Billy breaks a window in his neighbor's car and his Dad gives him a whipping with his belt.

1959 - Billy is more careful next time, grows up normal, goes to college and
becomes a successful businessman.
2009 - Billy's dad is arrested for child abuse. Billy is removed to foster care and joins a gang. The state psychologist is told by Billy's sister that she remembers being abused herself and their dad goes to prison.
Billy's mom has an affair with the psychologist.

Scenario 5:
Mark gets a headache and takes some aspirin to school.
1959 - Mark shares his aspirin with the Principal out on the smoking dock..
2009 - The police are called and Mark is expelled from school for drug
violations.. His car is then searched for drugs and weapons.

Scenario 6:
Pedro fails high school English.
1959 - Pedro goes to summer school, passes English and goes to college.
2009 - Pedro's cause is taken up by state. Newspaper articles appear
nationally explaining that teaching English as a requirement for graduation is racist. ACLU files class action lawsuit against the state school system and Pedro's English teacher. English is then banned from core curriculum..
Pedro is given his diploma anyway but ends up mowing lawns for a living because he cannot speak English.

Scenario 7:
Johnny takes apart leftover firecrackers from the Fourth of July, puts them in a model airplane paint bottle and blows up a red ant bed..
1959 - Ants die.
2009 -ATF, Homeland Security and the FBI are all called. Johnny is charged
with domestic terrorism. The FBI investigates his parents --and all siblings are removed from their home and all computers are confiscated. Johnny's dad is placed on a terror watch list and is never allowed to fly again.

Scenario 8:
Johnny falls while running during recess and scrapes his knee. He is found crying by his teacher, Mary. Mary hugs him to comfort him.
1959 - In a short time, Johnny feels better and goes on playing.
2009 - Mary is accused of being a sexual predator and loses her job.. She
faces 3 years in State Prison. Johnny undergoes 5 years of therapy.

Ok, first of all I think this video is hilarious. Altho I know it is kinda disgusting...and bloody and in German. But that doesn't mean it is not funny right??! Watch it...cause I have watched it a thousand times and it still cracks me up :P.
