Playlist Friday: Baby it's cold outside - Ceelo Green ft Christina Aguilera

Happy Friday! I have been very bad and I have been wanting to post things but haven't yet. Sorry! It has been a busy-ish few weeks for me. :)

Today I wanted to share this song that's been in my head for awhile and it is a christmas song. Haha.. I don't know why it is only October. Every time when my birthday comes around I tend to listen to a lot of christmas songs.. It is how it is I guess.




I love Christina's voice in this song. I love this song in general. But I don't get the video though. I have been cleaning and we are celebrating my birthday this weekend with my sisters. It's the only time we have together and we might be having pizza and steamboat party. Hope I have some photos to share.

Playlist Friday (Saturday Edition) : Louis Armstrong - What a wonderful world

Happy weekend! I wanted to post this Friday but I lost track of time. Since its our (mine and CLK) birthday weekend I thought I would share one of my all time favorite song. I fell in love with this song the first time I heard it when I was about 10. It was in my reading class or something. I can't remember. After listening to it, it just captured my heart.




What a wonderful world by Louis Armstrong has got to be my number 1 favorite song. I wish the world was as simple as the song. We need our wonderful world back. :) Birthday weekend again, can you believe it's been a year since my last birthday!!!? Crazy fast the time flies. I hope you all have  a wonderful weekend. :)

Playlist Friday: I'm outta love - Anastacia

Happy Friday peeps!! Sorry I have not posted anything more this week. I was super busy catching up with all my favorite shows that have started. It is like OMFG!! :P Been watching some catch up episodes of NCIS and the new season, The Blacklist (I am liking so far!) and Sleepy Hollow. I might just do a post on all that.

So today is a song that I usually bust out if I need a lift me up. This is a dance song, at least for me it is but it is a breakup song in my opinion.

Playlist Friday: Lucifer - Shinee

Happy Friday! Been slacking in post but no one reads it right? Had a lot going on with the family, I will have to post all my daily July challenges soon. I just want to share this K-pop song that I have been listening to a lot lately. I don't listen to a lot of K-pop but if I heard ones that are catchy, sweet or reminds me of someone I will listen to it over and over again.




This one is by a group called SHINee and thy have some catchy tunes. This song is one of them...makes me want to bob my head and break some moves.

Playlist Friday: Remix (I like the) - New Kids on the Block

Happy Friday and weekends everyone! It will be a long weekend for us because we are celebrating Gawai holidays :D Yay for long weekends! 5 days to be exact :D.

Sorry this is kinda late and I have been away for a long time! I had 2 shows back to back a week ago and I started teaching after school classes for my aunts. Teaching them language, reading and maths. It is rather satisfying. So it has been kinda hectic and stress!

Sooo I have been listening to this song on the radio for so long but I didn't know who sung it (DUH!) and I giggled a little when I found out that NKOTB sung it. I didn't grow up listening to them and I only know one Joey McIntyre song (I don't know if I spelled his name right) and I am pretty sure the other guy (I don't know his name!!) is the guy that plays Danny in Blue Blood. HAHA.. but this song is so catchy! IT makes me dance every time I listen to it!

Playlist Friday: Black Eyed Peas - My humps

Happy Friday everyone :) I missed last week and this week I've been really busy. I had to share this song that's been lingering in my head. I love BEP and this is one of the cute, sexy dance song that I would dance to whenever I listen to it. :D




I love BEP songs cause they are pretty catchy and its good to dance with and of course I love Fergie. She has a smokin' hot body and the dance is too cute not to try out. What? You never try to learn the cute dances in videos?

Playlist Friday: A1 - Ready or not

Happy Friday! I was so busy last Friday that I forgot to schedule a post. This week A1 comes to mind...don't ask me why but I think that new Christina Aguilera song is making me think of them. This is an old song but I found a newer video and they still look as hot :P I would totally date these guys!




I am pretty sure most of you have not heard of these guys but theirs songs are not bad. This weekend I am excited to meet my friend's baby girl! I hope I get some pictures of her.. :) My cousin came by too with his baby boy and it has been so long since I held a small baby. Makes me want to have a baby of my own. Haha crazy baby talk.

Another wedding for me this Saturday, my mom's friend is getting married. He was a teacher in my school but he never taught any of the classes I was in. And he is finally getting married! We have been waiting for so long. :P Haha..

Happy Friday everyone! How was your week!? I hope it was a lot more exciting than mine. :) Lately my local radio have played this song everyday, I probably hear this song the most. And I am loving it! Honestly I do love Bruno Mars, his songs are pretty awesome, most if not all.




His songs are you know like a sad love story. I somehow can relate to this song and I just love love songs. :)  What do you think? I wish it was a little happier though. Haha.

Update:

So yesterday one of my cat didn't come home. I am still sad and checking every corner and hoping she's there. I guess no more ambush from behind the chair and corners every time I walk by. If this scenario was in a cartoon I would say there is a conspiracy theory that my other cats might be involved in murdering her. But it is not...but you never know they might be talking behind my back! *paranoid* HAHA

I want to share you a song that's been playing in my head this past few days. I love Beyonce (and Destiny's Child), love her songs and dance. Love her dance music the most cause I always want to copy Beyonce (and I still can't!!) and dance to her songs!





This song was the reason why I love watching Glee :P It reminds me of Kurt so much!! Haha...




Yes, that is why I love Kurt (and Glee) :D I still have not mastered the single ladies dance...It is hard people!

Playlist Friday: Grease - You're the one that I want

I almost forgot to post this, hence the late post!! You probably hear this all the time but OMG! it is Friday again!!

I started watching Glee again (I fell in and out of love with Glee) and the last episode I saw was their Grease episode. Ever since I saw that episode this song just keep playing on and on in my head. Seriously I have never had a song that's so stuck in my head like this one!

First of all I love Grease. :D I think I watched that a couple times all in a course of 4 days. Haha...when I was interning, my friends couldn't stand it. They say I lived in the wrong era. :P I literally watched Grease during my break and had their songs on all the time. Then it died down. Now it is Glee's fault that I have to watch that movie Grease again!! I am pretty sure no one wants to watch it with me. It is kinda corny :P. Maybe next time I can ask CLK to watch it with me HAHA.

First of all I would like to thank my sister for telling me she loved this song, and got me hooked. I love the intro of this song and also the bridge. I guess anything quirky or catchy I am bound to love. Of course I would not want someone to tell my friends or complete stranger 50 ways I died. And of course we all love David Hasselhoff :P

Playlist Friday: O Town - All or nothing

Do you remember these four 5 hunky dudes?

Confession - I listen to a lot of boybands growing up. I want to blame it on Mtv and Channel V for all the late nights of top 100 US countdowns bla bla bla... I watch those religiously, especially when Adrian was on. :D Good times, now...they show useless things. I want songs....sometimes I think when I was growing up, we were much cooler (technology-less and awesome :P).

So anyway, I could only remember the guy named Ashley Angel (because he reminds me of that show Angel, remember that?) But I love most of their songs from their 2 albums. And yes, I have one of them. Don't judge. :P




I often wonder what if all these boybands survived the apocalypse of splitting up and breakups and never broke up, I am sure life will be filled with all the Nick Carters and Justin Timberlakes of the boybands. Haha...maybe we will become hippies...who knows. There are various covers of this song, one sung by the lovely Westlife (how can I miss this?!)



A punk version (I love songs from punk goes pop albums!)





A Japanese version :D they kept the melody but reworked the lyrics but of course I do not know what they mean (or the lyrics to it).

Playlist Friday: Britney Spears - Womanizer

I love Britney, love her songs and videos but not so much her drama. I love her songs because some of her songs are awesome for dancing to and you know how much I love to dance (even if I am not the greatest :P). Womanizer was one of the songs that was always playing on the radio when CLK first visited me. It was like Britney haunted us every time we were in the car. It wasn't a big deal because it was so catchy.



Was kinda awkward when CLK tried singing it..haha. Honestly I love her sexy videos :D don't you? :D

Playlist Friday: Mindy Gledhill - All about your heart

Happy Friday everyone!! Another Friday, another week goes by just as quick. This beautiful Friday I want to share a song that I just fell in love with the from the first time I heard it...I don't even remember when I first heard it but I think this song is suitable for this particular Friday.




I love the lyrics to this song, and her somewhat dreamy and raspy voice. To me this song is kinda romantic and sad at the same time. I would totally do this as a first date/dance song. :) It is kinda romantic don't you think?

Today also mark the 4th year anniversary of us. It has been 4 years and it seems just like yesterday. If you don't know CLK and I met online and we are currently in this really mind boggling and crazy LDR. I guess when you really feel comfortable with somebody and they are practically your bestfriend you are able to endure challenges and craziness for each other. Other times I and other people don't know how we manage to do it, I guess we just do. It makes times together special and I never try to take it for granted because those are hard fought times.

The last time we saw each other was new year (on skype) and the last time we said good bye, see you later was February 24th, 2011. I know our lives are not perfect, we don't always agree with each other, we don't always make each other happy, we are never there for hugs and kisses, and to keep each other company but I think this makes us stronger. And we are always crazy.

I hope we can keep this up and look forward to more good things.

Playlist Friday: Hello - Lionel Richie

This year this Lionel Richie will be our theme song :) Every year it changes and last year it was Rod Steward's Have I told you lately. I love old love songs cause they are just amazing and Rod's voice is so sexy :P. Being in a LDR is hard so we gotta spice up our lives somehow right?




Although I do think this song is kinda sad but...I still love it. :) I have to say I am not a die hard Lionel fan and I might know one or two songs only haha. I am more of a Beatles fan. Are there other Lionel songs that you love that I might like that you would recommend? :)

Playlist Friday: Something about the way you look tonight - Elton John

I know technically it is not Friday but I didn't want to miss to post a playlist Friday for the final Friday of the year. I love most of Elton John's song, and this one is one of them. Every time I listen to this song it just reminds me of loved ones and makes me warm inside.




Sometimes this song makes me sad but I truly enjoy it. :) I was listening to it a couple times in the last few days and thought I should share this. :D I am sure you all know this song. 2012 is coming to an end and time just fly by so fast. I have not been a good blogger this year but I will try again next year.

Playlist Friday: Hawk Nelson - Right Here

Hello lovely peeps!! Sorry I have been away for so long....unplanned vacation is longer than I thought. I was suppose to be home by Monday but I think as this post goes up I might be on my way home. We are driving and it takes about 5-6 hours. In recent years, moving vehicles (cars, plane etc) have not been good to me. It makes me hate going on road trips. Maybe I am turning into a dragon slayer (fairy tail joke XD) hahaha...

Anyway I just want to share with you a song that's been playing on my iPod for awhile. Since I have not edit the songs in my list all I have are old songs...but it is good. Although that means I am not up to date with the new songs hitting the airwaves. Internet have also been hard to come by...I have tons of photos I am trying to edit with a software that my cousin gave me. I do prefer picmonkey more though :D.




I don't remember how I got to know of Hawk Nelson but after listening to one song I began to listen to more and more. I like most of their songs that I listened to. It's kinda up my alley. I hope you enjoy this song.

I hope I make it home this weekend!! I have been without tv for more than a week and without proper access to internet for almost a week!! Arrghhh...but life is awesome. I almost got sick too, eating all these local fruits. AHAHAHA..I love them!

P.S oh my grandpa was admitted last Monday but he is feeling a lot better now. :)

Happy Friday everyone! Time flies when you are having fun! Which is so true. I am still recovering from the tiredness that is called a wedding ;) and I have another wedding next weekend! I is kinda exciting since my cousin has asked me to be her bridesmaid. So I am kinda excited and nervous at the same time. I hope to get a ton of pictures of that day.

Been listening to some oldies lately (haha, not that oldies) rediscovering songs I love. One of them is N' Sync Girlfriend. I like the version with Nelly in it.

Playlist Friday: Lene Marlin - Unforgivable Sinner

Hey peeps, I hope by the time this is posted my internet is back up and working! Last Saturday Thor was angry at me and struck down our phone line (is what I think happened). The phone line is dead and internet is kaput. We are getting it fixed at the moment! I feel so lost without technology and internet! I envy the me that did not know internet years ago. Although without internet I got a lot of things done :P. I miss my baby though. *cries*




This song is one of my favorite, for some time now. It's been on my computer, laptop and now iPod. :) The song is kind of sad to me but I still love it. Something appealing to me. :) Do you have any favorite song from Lene Marlin?
