4 Red, white or blue || Photo challenge

Happy 4th of July everyone - who is in the US. :) Hope you guys all had a good day!! I loved reading about all the posts and looking at all the pictures about 4th of July on Instagram. So day 4 is red, white or blue here is a picture I came up with.

I obviously is on a red frenzy lately and I am loving red lippies!! I am on the hunt for more to build my collection. :D Of course I had all 3 colors in the picture...hence why the lone blue-ish polish in the corner. Hehe... I hope you all had a good day and weekend coming up!

Essence

On my birthday weekend my sister and I decided to go out and check out this mall that has been under construction (and still is!! They are adding a hotel to the existing mall!) because I heard there was a lot to see there. Shops opening up and stuff. And to my surprise I discover this.

Ok if you follow me on Twitter you know I have been pestering my friend to check out the Essence booth to see if they sell their gel liners because I want to get my hands on them and no one has ever been to the booth. I heard a lot of good things about some of their products and I own a few which I loved! I won those in a giveaway last year. I love eyeliners and I always gravitate towards them. Since essence eyeliners are cheap and affordable enough, I decided to try them out.

I was looking for the sun club collection but they only had the regular line available. And some of the products are sold out but there was a variety to choose from. :) I was a happy camper. I wanted to try some of their nail polish but I didn't want to go crazy all at once so I will be back to get some. The colors are pretty so it is hard to make up my mind!

I posted this picture the day I bought them on instagram. I will do a post with swatches later. I need to take nicer pictures. :D I ended up getting the purple gel liner (I forgot the name of it), an eyeliner in Teddy, a metallic eyeliner in black knight and a lipgloss in trendsetter. My sister got the smokey eye kit. She said she didn't like it because it is not dark enough. I didn't get a chance to try it but we shall see.

I can't wait to go back because I heard a lot of people really like the XXXL lip gloss and I am curious. :P I use to love lip gloss but now I am so obsessed with red lipsticks! It is crazy. So if you want to send me something send me red lipsticks or eyeliners. LOL :P

Wishlist Wednesday: Maybelline color tattoo

I hope I make it in time to post this on Wednesday (I doubt it) but here is another item I am lusting. The Maybelline 24 hour color tattoo have been raved so much by everyone. I know it has been out for quite a while but it has not reached my side of the shore yet. I don't know if they will release some colors here (like they did the Revlon lip butters) but I am hoping soon. :) I have been stalking places but I always end up with other things.

I do hope the vibrant ones would get release here because I was so disappointed with the Revlon lip butters. They only had the shimmery ones and I was hoping some reds would appear, of course they didn't. So this product have been on my list for a very long time.

Project 365: #99 Getting out of the hole

For the last 3 weeks I have been feeling crappy. I don't know if it's the weather (yes blame it on other things) or just the monthly cycle (yes blame it on the hormones) or just me getting in a point of my life where I get gloomy and moody, my midlife crisis. I told CLK this would be called a midlife crisis (and no I am not that old!) since we don't know how long we'll live and we surely won't live till 100 so 50 isn't a midlife crisis to me...yet. :P

I am sure he can justify my unhappiness and my snappy-ness cause I have pretty much treated him rather badly and being the evil twin, someone you don't want to talk to. So my constant companian have been YouTube, my beautiful bloggers and my cats. Now, I can say I am feeling a whole lot better and I think CLK is a tad happier. Just another hurdle passed, and I can see one in the horizon. =____='' Life is a constant challenge. *sigh*

I have been halting my P365 posts and I feel so bad about it. I guess things happen that can't be predicted. :) But I will assure you I will have them all posted by December 31st, 2011, and that will be my #365. :) Let's hope :P and I will be posting more thank one posts per day, sadly and unfortunately. I can't turn back time, if I could I would definitely do it. :D Just for my sake ^^, (greedy much?). For those of you are wondering what's Project 365, read here. And there are a couple of great and awesome bloggers that are currently doing this too (whom are probably a lot efficient than I am) and I listed them here.

So today is nothing special, I just wanted to post a picture of me, cause I can. :P I hope I am strong enough to go through this crisis. :)

Yeah me looking sickly (cause I am just getting over a 2 weeks old sore throat and slight fever) yay, sickness. =___=''. I don't know if you noticed, I am wearing Revlon blue eyeliner, which I am loving now and NYX Peony. :D Which I just fell in love with! ^^, And darn I couldn't get on the NYX website for their 12th anniversary sale T_____T I cried like this. Did any of you get anything from the sale? 

Wishlist: I want that!

I was on YouTube watching my favorite YouTube gurus and came across Pinkiecharm video on Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on eye pencils 15 Years Anniversary Collection. I have to say, I want one! If you don't already know, I love liners. I should really do a post on that... :D Soon, no promises! The colors that's in the collection is to die for!

I wonder if I can add this to my 'I want' list or maybe Christmas present? XD I don't know if they are a limited edition collection. From what I gather from the video it is a huge splurge at $92 and she said it is worth about $240+, so I would say it is a steal! :) I don't own anything from Urban Decay but I am sure you guys know how good there are. :D So if anyone wants to get me the collection feel free to drop me an email :P. What are your thoughts on these?

Project 365: #78 Haul

I have never done a haul since I don't 'haul' as often and this isn't really a beauty blog, I don't feel very beautiful most of the time XD but I might as well share. I ordered these a couple of months back and got it awhile back too, I just never got to uploading pictures or swatches. I don't have swatches honestly but I will have them soon...maybe :P.

Honestly you can find most of these watches on YouTube. That's where I get my make-up fix *drools over makeup* haha. Really I love watching those beauty gurus like Itsjudytime, Xsparkage, Pinkiecharm, Emily Noel, etc etc...there are a ton to name. :)

Some stuff I got: NYX, Jordana pigments, blusher, e/s, ELF liners, lip stain and bronzer

I have this obsession with eyeliners, green eyeshadow and blushers. It's really disturbing. Sorry I have no swatches, but I will next time. :) Did I mention I am obsessed with NYX? =____='''

1 CLK. If it is not clear yet he is the boyfriend ♥♥♥. We are in a long distance relationship and I mean literally. We've known each other about 3 1/2 years and been dating for almost 2 years. I love him dearly (^^,)v.

He prefers not to have his face all over the internet, too late baby~~ XDD

2 Lingerie. Honestly I love lingerie. I would totally spend a lot of money on them, especially something that would make me feel sexy. :D Can't blame me right? XD I love them with cute details and prints, not so much plain ones. I am planning to buy more cute lingerie!

3 Kitties. Oh I am a kitty hoarder, like the real, living ones :P. Ok, I have a problem and I need to sort them out but don't you just love cats?? And how cute, funny, playful, adorable they are? 6 Poetry. I love poetry, I would search for them online (YAY for internet XD), read them, and write them. My muse use to be people that I love, angry situations, frustrations, sadness and lots of emotional things that I go through. Writing poetry is tough, really but I love it. My biggest fan is my boyfriend ♥♥♥. I still need to get myself a book of poetry.

7 Lip gloss. A girl can never have too many lip gloss right? I don't use a whole lot of lip gloss, but I love it and buy it as much as I can. :D

8 Music. I ♥♥♥ music. I love classical, R&B, punk rock, and mostly anything that sounds good to me. :D I listen to jazz too, but not very much, I can say I would listen to anything as long as it sounds good to me. :) I also love playing in the orchestra. It is one of the thing that could de-stress when the time gets tough.

9 Books. I am a hoarder. Ok so I collect a lot of things, and books happen to be one of them. :) Yup I am guilty. 0.o I have books that are still new, that I haven't even open and read and some that are like half read cause they are boring. =__= My favorite authors (that I have read so far) are Jeffery Archer and Catherine Coulter. I realized I tend to buy books that are CSI-like, detectives, murder-solving-crimes, with some lil love story infused. I know...typical. =___='' I need to broaden my genre.

10 Clothes. :D Ohmygosh, who doesn't love clothes?? I admit I am not a fashion junkie and I don't follow the latest trend and whatnot but I still love clothes? Don't you?? I am so into dresses and sweater dresses (that I can't really wear here it's too hot =__='') and cardigans/sweater. :) They are good for layering. And you need some cute black dresses, and a cute cardigan for that night out with your man. :D
